Apply links with credits or DIY export
Approved suggestions can be applied with implement credits (welcome + packs + monthly Automation credits) or exported for manual edits. Apply never invents new paragraphs—it wraps an existing phrase in the live HTML. Applying links changes the body-link graph (and can raise Overview Score); it does not rewrite suggestion Confidence.
Prerequisites
- Suggestions in Approved status with a destination
- Credits available, or a plan to use DIY export (free forever)
Steps — apply with credits
- From Suggestions (Approved) or implementation flow, choose the set to apply.
- Confirm credit cost (one credit per implementable suggestion).
- Start implement. Link Pilot fetches live HTML, checks the content hash, wraps the first safe occurrence of the anchor (skips text already inside an
), and verifies the write. - Review Implemented / history. On Link Automation Pro, you can revert applied links from history.
Steps — DIY export
- Export suggestions (or copy a single anchor/URL) from Suggestions.
- Paste links manually in the Shopify editor for product/collection description or page/article body.
- Optionally re-run audit later so the graph reflects your manual links.

Troubleshooting
- Skipped — content_changed: the merchant edited the page after the suggestion; re-analyse and re-approve.
- Skipped — phrase missing: the anchor is no longer in the HTML; edit the suggestion or update the copy.
- Out of credits: buy a pack, wait for monthly Automation credits, or use DIY export.
