Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and InfoHub Works Limited (“we”, “us”), company number 11499103, for the EShopSet hosted service. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. They apply when you create an account, install the EShopSet Shopify app, or use https://app.eshopset.com or https://eshopset.com. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and is part of this agreement.

The service

EShopSet is subscription software we host. A subscription gives you access, for the term you pay for, to the apps in your plan: SEO Performance Monitor, AI Presence, Data Sync, Link Pilot, and CopilotPost. You use them in a workspace, for the Shopify stores you connect.

The subscription is a right to access the hosted service. It is not a sale of software, and it does not include source code or a right to copy, resell, or run the service on your own servers.

Accounts and users

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for the users you invite, for keeping login details confidential, and for activity under your account.

Each connected Shopify store has its own plan. The number of users you can invite is the seat count shown for that plan: Starter includes 2 users, Growth includes 10, and Pro includes unlimited users. A person who works across stores needs access to each store. Billing stays per store.

Your content

You keep ownership of your store data, spreadsheets, and the content you submit. You give EShopSet the right to host, copy, and process that material only so we can provide the service to you, for example to sync products, show reports, draft a post you asked for, or publish content you approved.

You are responsible for having the rights and the lawful basis to connect each store and to share customer, order, and catalog information with EShopSet.

Shopify

Installing the app on a store connects that store to your subscription. Shopify provides the install consent screen and the bill. These points are part of this agreement:

InfoHub Works Limited, the company that operates EShopSet, is solely responsible for the service, including support. Shopify is not.
Shopify is not liable for any fault in the service or for harm that results from installing or using it.
Unless Shopify expressly says otherwise, Shopify does not provide assistance with installing or using EShopSet.
InfoHub Works Limited is solely responsible for liability that arises from your access to or use of the service, including our development, use, marketing, distribution, and support of the service, and our access to, use of, distribution of, or storage of your store data.

Shopify’s own terms for API use are at https://www.shopify.com/legal/api-terms. If you use Shopify, Shopify’s terms with you still apply to your store.

Your responsibilities

You will:

connect only stores you are allowed to administer
provide lawful catalog, order, and customer data
keep your account credentials safe and tell us if you believe they are compromised
use the service for your own commerce operations

You will not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, resell it, or use it to violate the law or someone else’s rights.

Fees

Fees are billed per Shopify store, in advance, at the price shown in the service when you subscribe. Shopify collects those fees and they appear on your Shopify invoice. A subscription renews for the next billing period until you uninstall the app from that store or change the plan.

If a price for an existing subscription changes, the new price applies from a later billing period after we have told you. You can uninstall before that period starts if you do not want the new price.

Except where the law requires a refund, fees already charged for the current period stay charged if you uninstall during that period.

Suspension and ending the subscription

We may suspend access if fees for a store are unpaid or if you misuse the service. We will restore access when the reason for the suspension is resolved, where that is still possible.

You may end the subscription for a store by uninstalling EShopSet from that store. Uninstalling stops renewal. Access for that store ends when the current paid period ends, or sooner if Shopify ends the charge sooner.

When you uninstall, we delete that store’s data from the service within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Account data for your workspace remains until the workspace itself is closed. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features as we operate the hosted service. If we materially reduce a feature you are paying for, we will update the date on this page. Status of the service is posted at https://status.eshopset.com.

Availability

The service is provided as available. We do not promise a specific uptime percentage. Maintenance, Shopify or Google outages, and failures outside our control can interrupt access.

Intellectual property

The EShopSet service, including its software, design, and documentation, belongs to InfoHub Works Limited and its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the hosted service during a paid subscription. That right is non-exclusive and cannot be transferred. Your store data remains yours, as described above.

Estimates

SEO traffic, keyword rankings, and AI citations in the service are estimates and observations for your own review. They are not a promise of sales, rankings, or traffic.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that catalog changes, drafts, or published content will meet your requirements. You review previews and approve actions the service asks you to approve.

Our total liability arising out of the service for a store is limited to the fees you paid for that store in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, to the extent the law allows. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, or where a law requires otherwise.

No exclusivity

These terms do not require you to use only EShopSet. They do not stop you from building or buying competing products. They do not limit who your customers, clients, or staff may be, and they do not limit how you run your business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. If you keep using the service after the new date, you are using it under the updated terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and stop using the service.
