Link Pilot is a standalone Shopify app for internal linking and link intelligence. It indexes products, collections, pages, and blog posts; audits link health; and suggests rule-based and AI contextual links you can approve, edit, DIY-export, or apply with implement credits.

It is not included in EShopSet plans. Link Pilot has its own Shopify Billing prices (welcome credits, one-time packs, and optional Link Automation). Use Install Now above for early access while the app is in Shopify review.

How it works

Index your catalog and content.
Audit orphans, broken targets, underlinked hubs, and the content graph.
Generate suggestions (rules + semantic matches).
Review—approve, edit anchors/destinations, or dismiss.
Apply with implement credits, or export for DIY edits—or subscribe to Link Automation for ongoing sync and analytics.

Link health (Overview)

Overview surfaces a content graph (in/out by resource type) plus health lists: orphans (little or no inbound body links), broken links, underlinked hubs, and duplicates. Export CSV when you need a spreadsheet workflow.

Note: Orphans mean body-HTML orphans. Menu, header, and footer theme links are not counted.

Suggestions

The Suggestions queue covers broken targets, orphan inbound, underlinked hubs, missing commercial links (blog/page → product/collection), semantic context matches, and keyword targets from Opportunities. Each suggestion includes confidence and a short “why” so you can edit before you apply.

Opportunities

Map Google Search Console queries (or manual keywords) to destinations, then generate keyword target suggestions. Import a GSC Performance Queries.csv or add keywords one by one. Opportunities require an active Link Automation plan.

Apply links safely

Implement credits wrap an existing phrase in your live HTML (product/collection descriptionHtml, article/page body). Link Pilot does not invent paragraphs, edit theme Liquid, rewrite navigation, or write metafields. If the content hash changed or the anchor is missing, the apply is skipped so you can re-analyse.

Link Automation

Optional monthly subscription for scheduled sync (daily → hourly by plan), digests, broken-link alerts, Analytics (web pixel), and—on Pro—auto-implement above your confidence threshold plus revert from history.

Analytics

With Link Automation active, track impressions, clicks, CTR, and attributed funnel events for links Link Pilot applied. Attribution depends on consent and storefront surfaces—treat it as directional, not perfect.

Important limits

Body HTML only—not theme sections, Liquid, or metafields.
Anchors must already exist in the copy.
Articles/pages rely on polling (no native update webhooks); products/collections update near real-time via webhooks.
Free plan: index, audit, review, DIY export, 50 welcome credits, max 2 full re-indexes per UTC day.
