How it works in CopilotPost
Content queue: brief → draft → scheduled → published. Open a draft, use Page Preview, then Publish now or schedule. Automation may draft or queue, but publish still needs approval. Default weekly cap is 5 (Pro can raise up to 20).

Three drafts are ready. The merchant previews all three, publishes two today, schedules one for Thursday, and hits the weekly cap intentionally—no surprise posts.
