Review, preview, and publish content

The Content queue moves items from brief → draft → scheduled → published. Publishing always requires human approval within a weekly cap.

Steps

1. Open a draft in Content.
2. Edit against Brand rules and product facts.
3. Use Page Preview for assembled article/page drafts.
4. Publish now or Schedule.
5. Use Revert if a published change must be undone.

Weekly publish cap

Default cap is 5 publishes per week (minimum 1). Pro can raise the cap up to 20. The cap cannot be turned off.
