Data Sync
Keep a Google Sheet as the source of truth and Shopify as the destination. Connect Google, map columns, set row policies, then Preview before you Apply. Scheduled syncs can run hourly, daily, or weekly on higher plans.
v1 is import only (no Shopify → Sheet export). See the app page or plan limits.
Connect Google and pick a sheet
Connect a Google account to Data Sync and select the spreadsheet and worksheet that drive your Shopify catalog sync.
Map columns and match keys
Map Google Sheet columns to Shopify fields and choose a stable match key so Data Sync updates the right products.
Row policies and sync modes
Configure new, matched, and removed row policies and choose one-time import, one-time update, or scheduled Data Sync sync.
Preview, Apply, and runs
Use Data Sync Preview to review creates, updates, and archives, then Apply. Understand how large syncs run in chunks.
Limits and Logs
Know Data Sync v1 limits (import-only, single-variant, and more) and use Logs to troubleshoot failed or partial syncs.
