Configure brand and queries

Settings tell AI Presence who you are and which prompts matter. Models and locale control how results are interpreted in Overview.

Prerequisites

• AI Presence enabled

Steps

1. Open Settings.
2. Set brand name, domain (no protocol/www), and aliases (DBAs, common misspellings).
3. Add or edit tracked keywords (shopper-style prompts, category, and comparison queries)—stay within your plan cap (10 / 50 / 100). See pricing.
4. Choose location and language (defaults are commonly United States / English).
5. Toggle models: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Claude is not a tracked model.
6. Save, then use the next sync or Run now from Logs.

Tips

• Mix brand, category, and comparison prompts—brand-only sets hide category gaps.
• Suggested queries in Settings are for review; they are not auto-saved unless you accept them (install seeding is the exception on first empty list).

Troubleshooting

• Changes not reflected: confirm save, then check Logs for a completed run after the edit.
• Hit the keyword cap: remove low-value prompts or upgrade plan limits.
