Use case
AI presence checks across brand stores
In-house multi-brand teams: track ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews citations per Shopify store with AI Presence—separate plans and keyword caps per store.
Highlights
What you get out of this flow
Outcomes you can expect when you run this playbook inside EShopSet on Shopify.
- Separate AI Presence Settings (brand, aliases, keywords) per store
- Track ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews—not Claude
- Compare citation rate across brands without a control-center product
Why AI visibility is per brand
Models cite domains and brand strings. A portfolio that shares one keyword list or one install cannot tell which storefront is missing from “best X for Y” answers. Per-store tracking keeps owners accountable.
How it works in EShopSet
On each store, enable AI Presence, set brand/domain/aliases and seed queries up to the plan keyword cap, then review Overview for visibility score, citation rate, and competing domains. Repeat for every brand store on its own plan.
Example: beauty + wellness pair
Store Wellness ranked in Perplexity for “clean serum,” while Store Beauty had zero ChatGPT citations on the same theme. The in-house content team reused Wellness’s winning phrasing on Beauty’s blog—then watched AI Presence on Beauty’s Overview the following week.
Playbook
- Inventory brand names and aliases per store.
- Enable AI Presence; seed 10–20 category prompts per store.
- Log visibility score + citation rate weekly per store.
- Share wins across brands; keep Settings isolated.
- Escalate model-specific gaps via Logs if syncs fail.
What to measure
- Citation rate trend per store
- Share of mentions by model
- Competing domains appearing more often than your brand
