Use case
Review app logs after sync
After daily or manual EShopSet runs, open Logs on SEO Performance Monitor, AI Presence, and Data Sync to catch partial failures before they compound.
Highlights
What you get out of this flow
Outcomes you can expect when you run this playbook inside EShopSet on Shopify.
- Catch partial failures the Overview can understate
- Same Logs pattern across all three apps
- Turn errors into sheet/SEO/AI fix tickets quickly
Why Logs are part of the pillar
A “successful” overview with missing model data or 50 sheet errors is not healthy. Logs distinguish empty results from failed pulls—critical after theme deploys, API blips, or sheet schema edits.
How it works in EShopSet
Open Logs after daily syncs or manual applies. Filter for errors/warnings. Fix root causes (auth, mapping, quota) rather than re-running blindly. Re-run once; confirm clean Logs.
Example: silent AI gap
AI Presence Overview looked flat on Gemini. Logs showed repeated timeouts for that model over 2 days. After retry, Gemini data backfilled—preventing a false “we lost Gemini visibility” narrative in the weekly AI meeting.
Playbook
- After sync/apply, open Logs newest-first.
- Triage errors by app; assign owners.
- Fix data/config; don’t just hit retry 10 times.
- Confirm a clean subsequent run.
- Note recurring errors for vendor/API follow-up.
What to measure
- Error count per app per day
- Recurring error signatures
- Time from error → clean run
