Keywords, competitors, and top pages
Tables turn KPIs into a backlog: which queries moved, who shares your SERPs, and which URLs already carry traffic.
Prerequisites
- Successful sync with keyword, competitor, and page limits configured
Steps
- Open the organic keywords table. Filter or search for money terms; note position and change.
- Open competitors. Sort by shared-keyword overlap to see who repeatedly appears on your set.
- Open top pages. Mark collection vs product vs blog URLs that own the most organic demand.
- Prioritize fixes where a competitor outranks you on terms tied to a top page you already have.
Tips
- Plan caps (25/50/100 keywords, 5/10/20 competitors, 10/20/50 pages) are hard limits per sync—raise the plan before expanding the set. Compare plans.
- Group keyword moves by theme so you ship a few strong edits instead of dozens of one-offs.
Troubleshooting
- Fewer rows than expected: you may be at the Settings limit, or the domain simply has a smaller ranked set in that locale.
- Competitors look irrelevant: trim the competitor list in Settings to peers you actually lose auctions or organic share to.
